Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided

Please note: Items showing signs of use, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Our team will respond with return instructions and shipping details.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a trackable courier service for safety.

Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will contact you to arrange a refund.

Refund Method
Refunds are processed in cash only, in accordance with our Cash on Delivery (COD) payment policy. A suitable time and method for refund handover will be coordinated with you based on your location.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use or customized items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
